Is the 1 metric ton MOQ per order or per flavor?
It applies to each approved formula or flavor entering formal production.
Can we test samples before ordering 1 metric ton?
Develop up to 5 flavor directions. Includes international sample courier, 50 g per flavor, and two formula-adjustment rounds after you receive the samples. When the project proceeds to a commercial order, USD 500 is credited against the goods payment.
How many custom sample rounds are included?
The standard USD 1,000 program includes up to two sample rounds for one agreed application.
Is the custom formula automatically exclusive?
No. Exclusivity, territory protection or formula ownership requires a separate agreement or purchase commitment.
Can you develop for oat milk and bakery at the same time?
Yes, but multi-application development is quoted separately because the validation work is broader.
